the modded item is the jet. when you spawn, TRIM down, and throttle up. I would suggest turning your volume down as the jets are very loud. when u throttle up to 100%, wait 20-30sec as the engine powers up. after the time, press ag1 and the car takes off reaching around 1700mph down the Yeager runway. enjoy!
