P-51D Mustang (It's Been a While)
So, it's been a while. My last upload was 3 months ago. Even then, I wasn't putting out much. I did a project where I had revised my version of the Mustang (in which I remade it like 8 times). This is probably the best I'll be doing for a while, so I hope you like it. The issue with this Mustang is that it pulls to the left for no reason, so taking off will be difficult. I've tried to fix this, but with no success.
Controls:
AG1 - Drop tanks
AG8 - Navigation Lights
To take off, move the VTOL slider down 3/4 of the way down, pitch up, pull the rudder to the right, and throttle up. Don't overshoot it, you just have to counteract the plane pulling left by pulling right with these steps until you take off. Once you take off, keep in mind that fuel isn't unlimited. The Rolls Royce inside likes fuel a lot more than usual this time around.
When in a dogfight, set the flaps 3/4 of the way down, as done in takeoff. Lose the drop tanks, and start turning. The plane will pull to the left again. Use the Trim slider to counteract this. Your top speed is in the 400-450 MPH range, so remember that when trying to gain distance.
Assuming you haven't been shot down, set your Trim back to normal for level flight and throttle down to 80% since you (probably) aren't in a rush.
When landing, your stall speed is 130MPH and below. Have your landing gear engaged, and if you're going slow, engage landing flaps (VTOL slider down). When you touch the ground, hit the brakes immediately and counteract the left pulling force with the rudder. It isn't as bad as taking off, so don't worry. You may begin falling over a bit, so pitch up and you'll be alright. Congratulations, you have landed a plane what wants to crash!
I'm sorry that I haven't been around the community, but hopefully, this will let you guys know that I still have something in me.
Now, without further ado, enjoy!
