My entry for the structure challenge. This is a rapid response coastal rescue plane. It's an STOL jet that can operate from small airstrips. Two lifeboats are carried at the rear, use groups 1 and 2 to drop them. If needed, after dropping the lifeboats, this has sufficient buoyancy to make a water landing and take off again, allowing it to pick up survivors of shipwrecks.
