Angel Interceptor

The only similarity to an angel this plane has is its wing shape. Hawker collaborated with Grumman to make an interceptor capable of effeciently taking down He-111s and being able to fend off Bf-109s. It has a maximum speed of about 400mph at 16,000ft, and has decent turning at medium to low altitudes. It is armed with 6x 37mm M4 cannons and follows a young but not new design. It served well against pirate dive bombers post-war and would have replaced the Hurricanes if the war had lasted at least five more years. Instead, it saw a mere 7 months of service.
