If you told me 8 days ago that I would be silver in just over a week, I woulda called you crazy. Well, here we are, and I am now silver! The SimplePlanes community is truly the greatest on earth. It has been very friendly and has provided good constructive criticism.

Lore
Yes this build has lore, albeit very cheesy lore.
After the fall of the Soviet Union, a group of soviets who love Sorbet and Onions founded The Sorbet Onion. This nation specializes in growing onions and trading them with Italy in return for sorbet.
One day, a random Russian diplomat suggested they would declare war on the S.O., causing national panic. A shadowy aircraft designer, known only as "Nominal", gave them a blueprint for a low-cost fighter. They called it "The Sardine". It could fly from their carrier, KSS Onionus, and their only airport.
It obliterated all SU-57s, targeting their exposed rivets.
There are a few on display at the Sorbet Onion War Museum near the onion bar.
