This is the best tank I have been able to build, I'm not very good at this but I am trying to improve.1 is for turret rotation and 2 is for tilt angle.I hope you enjoy it and have a good time.

    This is incredible for a first upload. Keep going dude, you have a bright future here.
    ditching the vanilla blocks and only using fuselage blocks will grant you more complex shapes while keeping a partcount low. Also, start tinkering with the other gizmos, they can be a lotta fun too.
