Seabreacher
What I have created here today is, to my knowledge, the only diving submarine on SimplePlanes. Well, I say it dives... It does, but it is hard to control underwater, as you can't see it. As you could imagine by the title, it works four ways. Boat comes first, as it is the simplest to control. Put the VTOL forward, throttle ahead just a little bit, and steer with the yaw. To dive, press 1 & 3 in that order and throttle up to 15%. Wait until you can no longer see the surface vessel and increse the throttle to a speed of your liking. Sometimes you have no command over when Airplane/Missile mode come on, (they are largely one and the same) but to activate it yourself, press two. Watch the altimeter. If the submarine is coming up, excellent. If not, throttle back and wait for it to surface. Throttle up and pull back on the pitch stick and watch it fly! Control with yaw. It has some roll capability, but that's almost as hard to steer with as yaw. Please note that the submarine cannot dive after Airplane Mode is activated. Enjoy and improve! Hey, that would be a cool motto. It's mine now. No stealing! Also, if you know of another diving submarine, please let me know. But I bet you won't find another Submarine-Airplane-Missile-Boat!
