Auto Credit Based on SimpleFlow's Phalanx CIWS
Extended range version of my Autolocking Phalanx CIWS (original made by SimpleFlow). Here's something for people that can't XML edit and want a CIWS that has a range of 10 nmi for whatever reason. Max locking range is 11 nmi. It has much higher muzzle velocity to remain effective at such ranges. The system is pretty effective against even fast fliers.
