This is the swedish costral submarine U3. She was builded by Cockums Mekaniska AB in Malmo. In 1942 she was finished after a lot of truble with the Diesel engine. Today she is placed stil in Malmo but now she is a museeum submarine that you can go inside and take a look, btw the swedish submariners had to go throught a test that was 24 hours submerged in a much smaler submarine that was named the swordfish.
