Auto Credit Based on DemoNn's De-9 VTOL Fighter
In early 2011, the Kaiserliche Marine’s equipment department submitted a request for a new carrier-operable plane to station on it’s aircraft carriers and in it’s over seas bases. It was decided to convert the Air Service’s De-9 into a carrier operable version. Testing of the De-9-2 began in Fall 2011 and was announced ready for service in early 2012, and given the designation of De-9-2A. Funding for an order of 1,250 planes was approved by the Kaiser, Bundesrat, and Reichstag in February 2012. Changes included folding wings for storage on carriers and a new 37mm auto cannon mounted in the nose. CONTROLS: Activation Group 5 to activate folding wings, Trim to fold wings.
