Knock-Off Earth

Overview:

The GB-8, known as the “Bullhorn”, is a long-range heavy propelled-driven bomber. Largely based off of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, it features four radial propeller engines, a similar nose and landing gear configuration. It even has not one, not two, but three remotely controlled turrets. (Although they are pretty inaccurate in game and the tail turret is inverted somehow, don’t ask me.) It was designed by the Republic of Spin in February of 1939, and was put into mass production in May of 1940. It is a revolutionary aircraft for its time and is very capable. It retains two large bomb bays, capable of holding eight 500lb bombs each. That’s 16 bombs totaling at 8,000lb. but it can carry over 16,000lb if necessary! (Democracy moment) this thing can tank a lot of shots and damage, but it’s not invincible. I also tried to make it VR-compatible like most of my other planes, but idk if everything works in VR like the turret mechanism. That button on the left from the Captain’s seat is to fire the guns, but activate group 2 first with the last button on the Captain’s right.

Instructions for Carpet-Bombing:

Carpet bomb instructions, conduct all steps in order:
Climb to altitude of 600 feet minimum above target.
Activate group 1 — Bomb bays.
Have drop location determined or estimated.
Activate group 3 — deploy all bombs over 1.4 second period with 0.2 second intervals.

Voila! All done!
