The AH-409 Earthshaker is an ultra heavy rapid assault attack helicopter with only one mission goal, the total destruction of its target, whatever that target might be. This helicopter's payload consists of 6 "Shipbreaker" anti-ship missiles, 24 "Aegis" air to air interceptors, 24 "Wildfire" anti-tank guided missiles, 168 "Tempest" rapid fire rockets, and 8,000 50mm HE rounds for its fixed barrel gatling style autocannon. This massive payload is able to be deployed quite quickly, as the Earthshaker is a compound helicopter capable of over 520 mph (837 kph) in level flight at extremely low altitudes. The large wings and forward propulsion systems can safely land the heli even if the main rotors no longer function, even with a full payload. The landing gear sticks partially out of the bottom of the chopper when fully retracted, allowing fixed wing landings with the gear up. Most of the main fuselage, as well as both pontoons are waterproof, and capable of water landings in case of emergency. When an Earthshaker takes off fully loaded, you know someone or something is about to have a very bad day.

Throttle: Increase/Decrease engine power
Pitch/Roll/Yaw: Standard Controls*
VTOL: Collective Gain (rotor blade pitch, move bar up to fly up, and down to fly down, unless inverted.)
Trim: Forward/Reverse (controls tail propeller pitch)
AG1: Toggle External Lighting
AG2: Toggle Air-Air Defenses (Chaff/Flares and Aegis Defense System)
AG3: Eject Weapons Pods
AG8: Toggle Hover Stabilization (Deactivate for stunt mode)

• Without AG8 enabled, and trim all the way forward, this heli flies (and lands) like a conventional fixed-wing aircraft.
