D-143 is a falied two-seat "light interceptor" concept fighter built in the mid 70's by the [...] design bureau. A couple of prototypes were built, but due to the poor speed performance, weight and low fuel capacity that design hasn't been approved for further development and production.

Well design but heavy compared to size, I guess empty for this size should be 3-4 tons (weight reference from alpha jet)
