OA-41S V2

90 OrcaKid  3.9 years ago

This is my Orca Aircraft OA-41S super STOL heavy lift cargo aircraft. It is based on my OA-40S aircraft which is the twin engine version. The 40S has a larger useful load and used a little bit more runway to take off, but is a bit faster. I changed the horizontal stabs to be standard rather than a t-tail like the 40. The 41 uses carbon composite materials just as the 40 but is even lighter due to the loss of an engine and takes off extermely short. It weighs 6300lbs and takes off in about 100 feet. It uses a single Pratt and Whittney Canada PT6A-67F turbo prop engine with 1700shp with an MT 7 blade full feathering prop. CONTROLS: AG1 for master, wait for the props to fully unfeather then AG3 for engine start. AG4-6 are lights. Flaps are on vtol and are very powerful. Leave comments below and enjoy!
