Pro.1134A Misslie Crusier
Design History
The Kresta II class was an anti-submarine derivative of the Kresta I-class cruiser, and were armed with a new anti-submarine missile (SS-N-14), new surface-to-air missiles (SA-N-3) and advanced sonar. Conway's states that the first three ships were to have been armed with the SS-N-9 anti-ship missile but Soviet naval doctrine changed with greater emphasis on anti-submarine warfare. The surface-to-air missiles comprised more advanced SA-N-3 missiles with two twin launchers. New 3D search radar and new fire control radars were also fitted. 4 30mm CIWS guns were also fitted for improved anti-missile defence. A more advanced sonar led to the bow being more sharply raked. The machinery suite comprised two TV-12 steam turbines with high-pressure boilers, identical to the Kresta I class.
Kronstadt was the lead ship of her class of ten Project 1134A Berkut A (NATO reporting name Kresta II-class) cruisers, designed by Vasily Anikeyev. She was named for the main Baltic Fleet naval base at Kronstadt.[1] They were designated as Large Anti-Submarine Ships in accordance with their primary mission of countering NATO submarines.

i love this
@Sergio666 Much like the real system this actually uses a radial magazine of missiles located below deck. A series of rotators rotate the missiles in place while pistons hoist them into position. Each pair of missiles also appears to have their own rotators to move them with the traverse and pitch of the launcher.
.
This is just me peeking in it on my pad while I’m taking a break from building, so I might get a thing or two about the workings not quite right lol. Still, very impressive system!
Hello friend, incredible job, I was wondering how you did to make the missiles of this ship, a greeting
