The USS Maine is the first US Navy ship to be named after the state of Maine. She was commissioned in 1895 and was origionally classified as an armored cruiser. Roll to turn main turrets, Vtol to elivate turrets, throttle to sail, yaw to steer, ag1 to turn front and rear guns, ag2+trim to turn middle guns, ag3 to launch boats, and ag7 to (sort of) start the Spanish- American War!
