@AaronSonAirCrafts Well there ya go, inspiration for future projects! :-D I have like five projects in the works plus a few others that just would be variants on prior designs. I don't build fast compared to some folks here.

@DragonAerotech hmm, you just made me thought of something, i think i should make lots of models of this plane i uploaded, maybe like say AF-290b and fix some issues, thats what the aircraft designers did during ww2

@AaronSonAirCrafts That's absolutely right many, if not all, WW2 aircraft had some sort of quirks to it which is why you had to be properly trained and given time to get the "feel" before you were sent to use it operationally. An interesting fact about the P-51 is that up until after the introduction of the fillet forward of the tail fin in the mid-variant P-51D they were actually prone to flat spins. P-38s suffered from compressibility over their elevator surfaces up to the J model, I believe, which made it nearly impossible to recover from a high speed dive.

@DragonAerotech yea also about the problem with the pitch, i just like it that way, since some ww2 birds had problems like that, and i wanted it to be simply realistic

This bird looks pretty sweet, canopy looks a lot like several WW2 designs, which I liked, also like the look of those props with a fixed pitch. Had a little trouble with her when using pitch though, she kept wanting to roll into a flat spin but would straighten out before it became critical. I found that she has a sweet spot where she's best at performing, right around 300-450 mph over and under this she will enter a roll when you go to pitch up or down. Most of my contra-rotating designs perfer high altitudes for some odd reason this one seemed the opposite, preferring the thicker air of lower altitudes. Neat design with a few design quirks which I actually prefer over a so-called perfect build, it gives the design character! Great job and keep up the good work!
