@GortTheSerf Yes it's an ICBM. Not suitable for close targets but it can hit Krakabloa.

@Smilodon7007 First you need to find a target to lock on. I suggest you to go to the edge of the Wright Island and lock on USS Beast. (It's the only way to lock on ground targets on wright island) Than follow launch procedure which I mentioned in controls part.
