Original REDO Progress so Far
I'm redesigning my original A.37 Airliner, top to bottom, inside and out. This bird will be a testbed for some cool stuff having to do with that variables menu and even playing with inputs and stuff. I'm starting to get the hang of funky trees, by leaps and bounds compared to past builds. It's pretty basic so far and I'm sure none too impressive, but it's the process of learning and trying new things. Hopefully this will give the cockpit some more life and real-feel when it's complete (a LOT more work needed). My main goal was to piece together an autopilot thing, like with the heading select, auto throttle, all that good stuff... but I still have a WAYYYYSS to go before I get there. The wings are effectively finished, with some design queues from Airbus. Cockpit designing is referenced largely from the Douglas DC-6, DC-7 and DC-8, and lightly from the Boeing 707, 747-100 and 737-100. The red lever in the cockpit I just threw it in there real quick, it's the control for flaps and slats.
