One of my slower and less manueverable jets (for some reason even though it has wing and thrust vectoring) but it looks cool, and has enough fuel to fly FOREVER.

The reason it doesn't turn very well is that your control surface (the whole wing, in this case) is really close to the CoM, so it has no leverage. It might be worth considering canards for another version
