"The Dornier Libelle (en:"Dragonfly I"), also designated Do A, was a German open-cockpit, all-metal, parasol wing, monoplane flying-boat aircraft, with partly fabric covered wings. A landplane version, built without sponsons and fitted with a fixed tailwheel undercarriage was produced as the Dornier Spatz."
Before take-off:
Start on the water.
Activate AG-1, VTOL slider down almost to the bottom, deactivate AG-1
Move VTOL just below center and take-off.
Once in the air you can use the VTOL slider to adjust your vertical trim. VTOL down for up trim, and up for down trim.

25.2k A5mod3us@THEaviator It is similar. They are both parasol wing flying boats with a high mounted, center-line engine. The Libella, however, is a single seat sport aircraft that lacks landing gear, and the Seagull is a much larger multi-crew amphibian designed for SAR operations.9.5 years ago
