MP Komar Mk.IV
Komár (Gnat or Mosquito) is closest possible replica of a real rubberband powered flying modelplane. This plane is very well slow flying and in flight looks like the original real modelplane ;-)
Real model aircraft was produced in the seventies and eighties in the former Czechoslovakia. It is a model with a very simple construction, designed primary for children.
It was made of one spruce splint (body), polystyrene foam (wing and stabilizers), plastic (propeller, head, wheels, ...), rubberband and steel wires and sheets.
After the collapse of the Communist regime, production was restored at the end of the nineties by the Komár 2 model, which is almost identical. It has white wings with print, unlike the original pale green, and some plastic parts has also other color. Few images of real Komár 2:

This little thing is awesome! Very fun to fly around Wright Airport.
I tried making one of these but instead of using an engine I used mini little rotators that spun 180 at 10% speed but since there were so many rotators it spun fast but the rotators kept exploding
My new Favorite plane! I made a few modifications that you might like..

thank you very much! @DerekSP and @Gandalf1971
And also wanted to say @Gandalf1971 that this is a really excellent, and probably the most realistic replica I've seen!
