Design

This is the SRST-1 (Short Range Space Transport) It is a VTOL cargo transport craft capable of space travel.

Originally designed as an experimental low orbit transport, by YMA aerospace co., the SRST-1 was the first aircraft to use a new type of engine, the VASMIR rocket engine, which super heats various gasses into plasma (most commonly argon or xenon) and then propels them using electromagnetic propulsion.

The SRST was created in response to a competition issued by the UN. A space transport was needed for the construction of the UN Moon base. Because of its unique design and large carrying capacity, the SRST was chosen and put into production.
