When I was new in Simple Planes, not so long ago, I struggled with making bomb bays. Esspecially geting them to blend smootly with the fuselage. Here is a simple fuselage bomb bay, feel free to use it if you cant do it better.

you can do that and use air breaks on vtol input too look like the doors @FrankieB

Not sure if anyone does this, but it's possible to make a super lazy "bomb bay" by just nudging some bombs into the bottom of a fuselage block. They'll drop out without blowing up the plane.
