Freive One was, of course, the first aircraft to be received by the Flying Dolphins. The Freive was first deployed during the Invasion of Commandoria, and later saw service in Maywar, Hamalia and Brightneau.

During operations off Brightneau Freive One was modified to seaplane configuration, with floats, additional support struts and two passenger platforms instead of the regular grab-bars. The aircraft also gained the ability to carry two 250Ib retarded bombs.

Freive One took part in the recapture of two merchant ships whilst deployed to Brightneau, when she provided signals intelligence and fire support to two Flying Dolphins HXE-112 helicopters which were dropping special forces onto the quayside.

Upon her return to NovrdLisch Freive One was returned to her standard configuration.
