Even during times of peace at the 2010s,the Zistian Defense Minister still wanted to develop a new tank.The project called "NGASV" started at 2013 when tank concepts are being brought to the drawing boards.Many Companies go for heavy armor and firepower as that was lacking in the Zistian Army.At 2016,Scandivia decided to make a joined tank project called the JNGTP.13 different tanks were built from 6 different companies and there was 2 promising designs,the Cyclone and Tempest,both of which are focused on speed and firepower.However,the Tempest was not favored over the Cyclone due to it being too expensive and hard manufacturing methods.During the 2020s,the tank entered mass production and sent into service in 2026.This particular variant was made during the 2030s and it was mostly used in Scandivia as Zistia focus to make more capable tanks.
