An interesting glider that has VTOL engines to get it up to altitude. Once up, it can glide for a really long time if you have the skill with the flying and trim. You can either take off convetionally or take off vertically. To take off vertically, go to 75 to 100% throttle and VTOL forward quite quickly once it has gained some altitude.
