So, while your code did work, well it had three issues:
It was too sluggish, it didn't turn enough
At high speeds it started bobbing
I didn't really want canards since this is a tomcat
So after pulling a all nighter I present to you: what I came up with, the code is quite complex, especially in the thrust vector control which it uses to help in turning and stabilization and its very stable at full afterburner, though I do recommend sweeping back fully when doing it. All I need to do now is fix up that code a little, the roll is kinda one sided and add a PSM code then I'm done with it's flight characteristics (thank God).
AG-5 to enable swept wings
AG-4 for PSM stuff though the AoA limiter will interfere a bit

Annoying, anytime I think I've gotten somewhere, a new problem arises
@ToeTips If its a heavy fighter than low manueverability is fine but needs larger wings to carry the load

Well I think I will address most of the problems except the pitching rate, it's supposed to be a heavy fighter that can carry alot of ordinance, hence the length of the wing. But everything else will be addressed

Flight Notes:
Pitch control not easy enough (Increase pitch ability please)
Roll rate too exaggerated (Decrease roll ability please)
Pitch+Roll at the same time causes the plane to roll opposite to the desired direction.
One of the exhaust flames does not follow the engine when thrust vectoring
Swept-forward wings (Ag5+VTOLup) cause the plane to become back-heavy and go in an uncontrollable spin (Please remove this ability to have forward swept wings)
Personal Opinion: Visually, the wings are too small.

Also I was gonna go hard on the cockpit, think F-35 but a lil more advanced
