Bancheur F/B-1 Cordela
"Our lines shall never yield, our men shall never falter, and our hope shall never be drowned out"
"Marching in the snow, stepping on ice. We can't even tell road from river"
The F/B Cordela is a heavy multi-role aircraft used by the Ostenian Royal Airforce during its early years. It was the first domestically produced aircraft of Ostenia based of the late Peronian monoplanes. Using 2 German produced MG 08s and a 35 lbs bomb the F/B-1 is an excellent fighter.
First shown during the Battle Yerne River on the border of Shenoa, the Cordela took out half a dozen Shenoan built aircraft at the cost of 1 fighter. Showing the effectiveness of this fighter, the F/B-1 was used as a basis for a lot of other Ostenian built fighters.
There are several different models for the Cordela most notably the F/B-1A model which is the main configuration of the aircraft. Another is the F/B-1D which adds an airbrake and 2 more extra bombs at the cost of having one HMG removed for better maneuverability. There is the F/B-1N which is a naval conversion of the aircraft with folding wings. And lastly there is the F/B-1P which adds an improved engine at the cost of weight and maneuverability.
