Nice design, but I think you've set the engines to the wrong input... you've set the engines to VTOL, but VTOL is already used for the front landing gear. As a result, it's nearly impossible to takeoff, so I tried spawning on the final approach instead. It flies well, but the pitch is a bit unstable. Try rearranging the control surfaces until it flies normally.
