The Paternian Army has perhaps one of the best airborne and paratrooper corps in the world. Seeing service in dozens of conflicts, the Paternian airborne assault trooper is an instrumental part to the Command Paralysis doctrine that allows the Paternian Army to gain ground so quickly.
A central component of that strategy is airborne armor. For decades, the Scorpion light tank has been the light tank of choice. Highly mobile and armed with a potent 90mm railgun capable of challenging much heavier vehicles, it's survivability has been enhanced by composite armor upgrades and active camouflage systems.
But a critical issue was that there wasn't a plane, until recently, that could airdrop this.
The aim is to design a plane that can drop this thing, in this form. If you are planning to carry this in an interal bay, then the top attachment point (black detacher) can be removed. We would love to see offerings from other companies.
It must be able to fly from Wright Airfield to Yeager Airfield without refuelling at a speed of 500mph at 4000 feet, drop the tank, and then fly back. No infinite fuel or external mods is allowed. All forms of XML modifications to the aircraft can be made.
The tank, any of its activation groups, or its mount may not be modified in any way other than the optional removal of the black detacher at the top of the tank for use in an internal cargo bay.
Winner is determined by which one I personally like. Just so you know, I like simplicity, ease of use, ease of flight, parts commonality with extisting types, and rugged looks.
All entries must be successors.
Winner takes all. And by all, I mean 10 upvotes and a spotlight to the winner.

@OverlordAeronautics2 Yes.
My second entry, the Skivvy, is up as a successor.
@Reaper9 Yes, and no.
@Pilotmario Cabin could be placed on a plane itself? And is it allowed to change tank controls?
My first official entry to the contest, the Maudem, is up as a successor.
I've uploaded a successor, but it is not my entry to this contest - it's a failure that's interesting enough to share, and that others might want to play with.
Ok
@Gmanndo1000 Keep trying.
I Tried, and failed.
I'm gonna try this...
@GoldenEagle Para-droppable tanks.
No other tank can do this.
@Pilotmario almost done.

@Pilotmario prototype results: Weight is 50 tons. Goes up to MACH 2.... It is huge, fat, and extremely fast XD
whell some one took a page from my book.@Pilotmario
@Pilotmario if it is one of the best in the world, I would like to make it better. My ODT core is also one of the best, being able to drop from almost any atmosphere, I would like to give u some ODT Dropship S.
Okay.
Just when I was already making a cargo plane :3
