This is a plane I made a while ago, It's an high speed interceptor that can attack air and ground tagets. It can also dive in to water at top speed and recover so starting from water works just fine...
NOTES:
To use air to ground missiles travel at about 600mph or slower to not explode.
When traveling under 400mph the plane "can" get unstable when turning hard, best to be a bit easy on the controls.
It works best between 600 and 1050mph or however fast you get it to go.
When diving into the water you can use the airbrakes to limet how deep you go and also use them to rise gently onto the surface.
