The fuel is just for stability. It's coaxial for stability too. Why do you have to choose such a fast speed?

Oh and I had to put it on AG1 to stop them desynchronising when you throttle up.
@Cream you might want to half the piston speed to get a symmetrical ellipse. And any changes made to the speed of the rotator are squared in the speed of the piston. So if you half the rotator speed, quarter the piston speed.
