Ghostfly Attack Drone
Credits to @SledDriver for the technical support!
This was my most tedious build in terms of fine-tuning. as I struggled to make this one fly correctly.
Instructions
- Throttle for hover (18-20% for neutral)
- Pitch for forward/ reverse
- Roll to turn.
The Ghostfly is a drone developed by the Continuum R&D division to supply the Navy and Planetside Military's need of USVs (Unmanned Space Vehicles). While its predecessor, the Emolga, was a successful drone vehicle in its own right, its bulk and lack of modularity severely limited its usability. The Ghostfly solves this problem by compacting all of its main components in a heavily-armored, car-sized hull and mounting all of its modules on external pylons. The variant shown here is modified for an attack role, equipped with twin laser repeaters and 2 missile launchers for combatting enemy fighters, bombers and gunships.

It's very fun to fly around with this guy. My only critique is taht you could've made the thrust of the VTOL engive a tad smaller so it would be easier to hover, but it's onthing significant.
@RdCntrlFreak interesting! Thanks for the tip. I will try that setup in my future builds. I'm not that skilled with gyroscopes as of now.
I noticed that the drone like to drift/ contiously turn when trying to turn. I've found that taking 2 gyroscopes and turning them on their sides (so their tops both face each other) tends to fix this issue.
@BeaconX thank you!
You are seriously talented and should feel super proud of this. Well done!!
@Treadmill103 thank you!
