This is a short history of this: Back in the 70s 80s and 90s Russia was building planes that had psm manuvering so in order to keep up the Americans and Germany worked together to build the SK-40 "Skewer" A very odd shaped Delta wing fighter. Germany was responsible for the wings and America was responsible for the flight computers, Avionics, weaponry, and powerplant this thing ran off of. This plane was put into military service in 1985 until 2013 where it was superseated by the F-22 Raptor And the SK-55 a nuclear powered plane
