Meet "Aerojet"

Part of the MDA's Light Fighter competition for the M-War II.

So where did this guy come from?

With the imminent M-War II getting closer with each day, hour, even minutes and seconds... alright, enough of the dramatics. Point being, I figured that the Monarchii would need an aircraft that could pack a punch while still being produced fast. Why? Because the Reformists are Communists, so their combat style is probably going to be similar to other Communist forces like Russia, which means they're going to be able to produce lots of weapons, kind of like the T-34: Doesn't matter how good it is, there's just a lot of them.

As such, I started the LF-X, or Light Fighter project. The two designs I came up with were this, the LF-4, and the LF-5, which should release quite soon. The two aircraft both fit the necessary bills, being well-performing multirole aircraft that can be produced with at least some level of ease. I took a pole with the MDA and Monarchii, and although responses have been few, they've unanimously declared the LF-4 the winner due to its superior ground strike capabilities, and thus it will be prioritized in production.

So how does one use the LF-4?

Controls are quite simple, not much out of the ordinary. However, you can open the canopy, extend an arresting hook, detach payload (if the pylons are loaded), and toggle the lights. You also have an afterburner that activates from 96% throttle and up.
Another neat feature that may interest you is the gun. Unlike most modern fighter jets, the LF-4's 20mm gatling gun is perfectly dead-center rather than offset.

That's actually all. Happy Hunting!

Fun Fact: The Aerojet is based off of a LEGO plane I made as a kid. He still exists, and his newfound role in the M-War II has actually done him a favor, he's now perched on a miniature diorama. Here's a picture I just took of him.

@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Well, that was the plan, but like I said I don't exactly want to start an arms race or any conflict of the sorts within the MDA when we're already dealing with another fight lol

@TheUltimatePlaneLover well the air force's air superiority is covered, and I got confused thinking that you only having it would mean that the air force wouldn't get any

@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Well, technically no(ish?), but I don't want to start an internal arms race/war so you can have some I guess
But at the same time, I thought you said air superiority is already covered, so the LF-5 probably wouldn't be of much use to you then, ey?

Actually the LF-4s will only be for sale amongst the MDA or Monarchii.
However, the LF-5s won't be on sale for anyone, not even the MDA. All LF-5s will operate under my direct orders. Kinda like how America does the F-22 vs F-35
