Rework Series : F3R-7 Ghost
With 2 weeks of summer vacation left and the fact that I'm all out of build ideas, I decided to make a "Rework Series" of planes which is basically me reworking my earlier planes that weren't as detailed. The first one in the series is the Ghost, a carrier-borne jet fighter. I added lots of detailing on the wings and tail section, which in turn shot the part count to around 200 and made the plane heavier.
Also includes my first ever custom landing gear which sadly does not perform well. If you come in too hard for landing, it will either bounce up or blow up the plane.
Controls/Instructions :
AG1- gun activation
AG2- navigation lights
AG3- brake chute
VTOL- flaps
- It slides to the left on takeoff so put flaps one notch down before takeoff. It somehow helps.
- For carrier landings, approach carrier at around 180mph with full flaps down and deploy chute on touchdown.
Which of my planes do you want see reworked next? Comment below.
Enjoy your flight!
