Developed by the North American Aircraft Company, the F-100 was developed to serve as the USAF first supersonic operational aircraft, with an initial flight in 1953. With a single 17,000 lb thrust P&W turbojet, at 35,000 feet the operational speed was 864 MPH (Mach 1.3). This model has similar performance as the F-100. Test fly!
