Auto Credit Based on Oicraftian's Working type 1A torpedo with launching device
Must use the torpedo provided. The current bit it's attached to is a mechanism that launches it from the surface of the water. Fully stationary but will rotate. Speed must be at least 350 mph in level flight. Torpedo must be carried internally or externally. Exceptions to torpedo use are Type 1B torpedo which is designed to be exclusively airdropped. The said aircraft needs to be able to take off from the tiny.

2,275 OicraftianRemember that this torpedo favours drops at speeds below 400 mph so propeller aircraft are probably your best shot. Also remember that it works best when deployed at about 159 ft and below. Smooth flight is a must for the torpedo which does not require anything on the airplane to function.
