A3 Strike Bomber, the subsonic jet powered terror of the sky. When jet engines were still new near the end of the 4th global war, the air to ground division of engineers found it too risky to have a fuel hungry source of power when the speeds needed for air to ground doesn't need more than 800kph. After seeing the success of the MT8 jet, they thought that the technology was mature enough to use on an attack aircraft, specially now where accelerating a heavy armament with a propeller is not really efficient anymore. They used a big but efficient jet engine that kept it's loiter time at a maximum which helped in its multirole capabilities like functioning as a quick reconnaissance craft that can fight back if challenged. It required very little maintenance and has very high maneuverability, compared to other attack aircraft of course. Due to this, during the terrible abolishment of the MT9 Lineup, the A3 got converted into a fighter model (A-F 3) which featured more air to air systems(obviously) than the standard A3. The A-F 3 along with the MT10 Interceptor established a fighting chance long enough for the MT11 to be developed and released, restoring air superiority back to Centria.
