The Endevaur 3 is a Close Air Support fighter designed by the Terran Aeronautics company in 3042 as a means of finding a replacement for the aging Endevaur 2. The Endevaur 3 would follow closely to flight-capable design trends of the time, adopting a compact mono-wing design and innovating on aircraft technology within the Terran industry

Equipped with extensive electronics, a more powerful engine, and capable of carrying heavier firepower, the Endevaur 3 appeared to be a promising prospect for the future of CAS fighters.

One of the main benefits the Endevaur 3 had over its competitors was the addition of an advanced long-range targeting computer, which would allow pilots to more accurately target distant structures and provide crucial flight info to the pilot when engaging enemy targets.

The Queen's Rage of 3092, otherwise known as the 2nd SepTerran War, would become the proving ground for the Endevaur 3's capabilities. During many of its engagements, the Endevaur proved an effective infantry support unit but suffered greatly from its reduced maneuverability, additionally, the targeting computer's systems were prone to malfunctioning when under significant stress resulting in reduced accuracy.

These issues would have been addressed by future upgrades to the Endevaur 3 had its production not ceased on account of Terran military doctrine changes resulting in the need for a multi-role jet fighter over specialized fighter planes. As such most Endevaur 3's still in use during the 2nd SepTerran War would not have any of their issues properly addressed until eventually they were all phased out and replaced by the Python series of Multi-Role Fighters.

The production of components for the Endevaur series of CAS fighters would cease all mainline production in 3114 to prioritize other more lucrative avenues resulting in a scarcity of parts crucial for private owners of Endevaur model 2 and 3. Expensive private contracts with factories would be the only means of acquiring new pristine parts for the Endevaur series.

The legacy of the Endevaur deeply impacts Terran engineers even today, being the first flight-capable vehicle built by the Terran Republic it is a symbol of great cultural pride. For Terran soldiers on the battlefield, the appearance of an Endevaur fighter was seen as a sign of divine intervention, protecting Terran infantry from enemies and clearing the way for victory.
