I like this plane but I don’t know about this build. Feels like there’s something off (besides that it’s an odd plane) or something’s missing (despite the 750+ part count). Oh well. You guys can be the judge.
The Vickers Type 161 was an unusual 1930s pusher biplane interceptor, designed to attack aircraft from below with a single upward-angle large calibre gun. The aircraft flew well but the concept was abandoned and only one was built.
Flight controls standard.
No AG controls.
Happy flying! :)

Yes I think that’s right. @ThePrototype
Yes, I used to have a pic of this. If I'm correct they fitted a 37mm cannon? @Hyattorama
Do you like it? Haha @ThePrototype
I just now found this
Haha yup. Letters are hard @Mustang51
I completely understand that hahahaha. I made the letter H once and I’m gonna use it as much as I can instead of making new ones hahahaha @Hyattorama
Thanks buddy!! Yeah it’s super rare considering they only made 1. I think the call letters on that one were J 9566 or something. But I put J 999 cause it fit better and was easier to do haha (I’m not too good with liveries but I’m working on it... slowly...)@Mustang51
Wow this is a fantastic replica of what I would say is a relatively rare plane. The detail is absolutely stunning!
Got it. Awesome! Thank you! @Chancey21
Is there a space between the brackets and the parentheses? They have to be right after each other @Hyattorama
...still not working...? @Chancey21
Brackets around the clicky, parentheses around the www. Link @Hyattorama
@Chancey21 I guess I did something wrong, the link is just plain text....
@Hyattorama Always willing to help whenever I can :)
Ok, thanks for the feedback. I think I will post an update later. Hey, would you do me a favor and take another look at the suspension? I think the geometry is off, cause the spring strength is only 10% and it’s still too stiff, like you said. Only I don’t know how to fix it... @Chancey21
Yeah I’m pretty happy with my SP experience on iPhone 7. @JelloAircraftCorporation @Carbonfox1
Haha I know it’s weird but that’s how the real plane was made. And yeah, I forgot to disable collisions on the prop. Oops... I might post an update with that and some other changes. Anyway thanks! :) @GenericWhiteGuy
Thank you sir!! @Trainzo
Hahaha well that’s why I said I struggle with part count. Meaning I’m not good at keeping the part count low. @Carbonfox1
AWESOME! Cool wing designing! I think there was a gun with the same name...
Good, wing loading is better
Things to improve:
Suspension is too strong
Top speed should be 185 MPH not 230
Engine should be 530 HP instead of 1000
Loaded weight should be 3000 and empty weight should be 2500
Lower the drag to make it reach 185MPH with the 500 HP engine
I can run 1500+ part builds on my iphone 7. So that could be an option instead of a pc @Carbonfox1
This is really cool. I'm not that into planes and haven't seen that kind of prop placement, which is pretty neat imo. Although the prop seems to tend to kill itself when I pitch too hard. I fixed it by simply disabling aircraft collisions on the propeller. And not sure about that gun/cannon angle. I ain't a great enough pilot to down someone with this complexity :D Great build nonetheless. Love this!
It truly is a shame that I can't spotlight your stuff.
Take care.
A great plane and a great job again .
@Hyattorama coming from the user who made a 700 part plane! lmao
