for me, the idea to remove the front little wings and keep the rear one is not good
there will not be stability in the plane, most of the lift is in the back of the plane and most of the weight is in the front that makes the plane go down and don't fly correctly

The designers aimed to place the horizontal stabilizers in a T position because the drag generated by the rear engines would generate turbulence in the stabilizers. It's a little weird but it's OK, then you can fly
