Moving Deck up

Rolling deck side to side 
Controls
Controls are standard.
Yaw for steering.
Pitch for forward/reverse.
Roll to roll the deck.
AG1+VTOL to raise/lower the front of the deck.
AG2+VTOL to raise/lower the rear of the deck.
AG3 for cab lights.
AG8 for lights.
Landing Gear opens/closes the drivers door.
