Wind Cruiser
Wind Cruiser
The Wind Cruiser is a very fast land vehicle powered only by wind with some interesting features.
It is VERY FICTIONAL!!!
How to operate:
After spawning, it is best to press “Brake” to keep the vehicle in place.
Enter a wind setting in Simple Planes, wind speeds from 10 to 40 mph should be ok.
“ON” switches everything on. Program the wind direction with the buttons under “Set Wind Dir”. The wind indicator now shows the wind direction. Release the Brake. Use the lever in the middle to control the winch (sail). Steer with “Roll”.
Button “W” (AG3) activates the auto winch function, keeping the vehicle from tipping over.
Button “A” activates the autopilot.
Use “HDG” to program the current course into the autopilot. Use the buttons under “Set Auto Pilot” to program the autopilot. When the auto pilot is on, you can steer with the “side stick” or “Yaw”. The buttons right and left from the auto pilot display can also be used to steer.
Brake with “Brake” or the joystick.
Driving:
With wind speeds of 25 MP/H or up, the Wind Cruiser can easily reach speeds over 200 km/h.
On uneven terrain, it is best to slow down a little.
It may take a bit of trial and error to get the best speed.
The Wind Cruiser’s “nature habitat” is Maywar Island!
Enjoy speed sailing…..
