Auto Credit Based on Feanor's C-669-B Cab unit
Turns out that those annoying regulations won't allow for a nuclear locomotive to be controlled by a single person. Damn it, plan foiled again.
Therefore, a second generation was built with a larger cab, more radiators and an external walkway.
A nice side effect of the modifications meant that there wasn't any space for nuclear reactor shielding. Oh well, can't be that bad.
Controls:

Act 8 doors.
If it derails when you spawn, restart and pause.
