Bert is a teir 6 british artillery in world of tanks unlike most artillery he can engage most tanks in close combat. Bert is extremely fast and agile and leaves most light tanks in a cloud of dust. Although his gun may nit be powerful he has a fast reload and will make you suffer the death of a thousound hits. My bert may look derpy but this was the best i could do in the short time i built it in. It features gun elevation (vtol) and an inside veiw, if you manage to flip it (will happen on rough terrain) use roll to get up again. I chose not to have a working gun as it made it look more derp than it already is. If you detach6 and brake the gun will work (imagine it was slow motion fire). Have fun ;)
