Italian WW1 Fighter

6,666 LEOPARDtec  6.6 years ago

This is the pinnacle of Italian aviation of world war one. This fearsome fighting machine took too the sky's and valiantly fought back their oppressing foe. Its main rival was the fierce German Dr-1 triplane, both fast and manoeuvrable. It was armed with a front gun that shot through the airscrew and two Lewis guns operated by the co-pilot/gunner. On some of the later models, torpedo's were added for anti-sub and ship roles. Through brilliant Italian engineering, a beautiful and formidable fighter was born.
