Simple Apartment
Presenting my most stationary upload: a two-story, furnished apartment, complete with people and ceiling fans. The apartment is also amphibious, being able to float in the water (and survive a fall from any distance if it lands in that liquidy greatness).
In addition to the decor, there are two cameras inside, such that you can see the blank-faced apathy in the occupants as you drop the entire thing from 50,000 feet.
One might ask why this is necessary. I ask the same question. "Why did I spend five hours making this?", I ask myself.
"Because it'll be really fun to blow up", I answer.
So there you have it. Blow it up— it'll be fun!
How to use:
1. To turn on the ceiling fans, put the throttle up to 5%.
2. That's literally it. What did you expect? It's a house.
Final notes:
I'm trying to put wings on this and make it fly, so be sure to look for that!
Lastly, don't forget to leave an upvote!

@swat132
I actually meant to do that at first, but I learned that the cutoff for mobile devices is around 800 parts, but I might make a smaller version (once I finish getting this to fly)
