Beechcraft Emissary
105k Hedero
5.0 years ago
The Beechcraft Emissary was developed in the early 1930s as a reconnassaince aircraft, soon after Beechcraft was founded in 1932. Because its wings were right below the cockpit, visibility was worse than the designers expected; it was decommisioned in 1934. However, it was later used as a racer in the late 1930s. G=gear 1=nav lights VTOLdown=flaps. Enjoy!

Ok that sounds like a great idea. I'll take it into consideration!@Mustang51
@Hedero I think something like that would be very cool. The wings don’t need to be gulled but I have a feeling that would make it look even better. Trying it out on a plane like the Brewster buffalo or Grumman hellcat would look nice I think but of course you choose whichever you feel like making.
Well thank you! @Mustang51
So what your saying is that I should build a replica of monoplane but turn it into a biplane with gull wings?@Mustang51
@Hedero nice! I’m looking forward to seeing your future builds
@Hedero you should make one!
Thank you! I think it would look pretty cool too!@Mustang51
@Hedero oh I can see that now! That’s a really awesome idea though; a biplane version of a monoplane. I bet something like that would look cool with gull wings
No actually. I just wanted to build an early biplane recon aircraft with landing gear inspired by the P-35. So this was an aircraft right off the top of my head. But thank you so much for support and I'm glad you like it!@Mustang51
This is really nice! I wish such a plane existed in real life. Did you use anything as inspiration?
Lol I know but did you read the desc?@Jetliner101
Thank you for the support!@Tums
Amazing STOL!! And sweet landing gear. Great work!!!
